About the Role As a Registration Officer, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the organisation’s Register. You’ll handle a variety of applications, assess documents, resolve queries and manage complex cases with care and professionalism. Your work directly supports public confidence and ensures only those meeting the required criteria are entered onto the Register.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Register in line with policies and timeframes.
  • Process applications in CRM systems with speed and precision.
  • Apply a person-centred approach when reviewing complex cases.
  • Quality check your own work and support colleagues to maintain high standards.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to team efficiency.
  • Capture and update information accurately across systems.
  • Review documents, liaise with customers and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Flag potential risks or issues to relevant internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation.
  • Provide support across the wider Customer Service team as needed.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong attention to detail with experience processing high volumes of data.
  • Confident using CRM and digital record-management systems.
  • Excellent written skills with the ability to produce clear, concise bespoke responses.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer-handling experience.
  • Ability to quality-check your own work to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Target-driven, motivated and committed to achieving team and individual goals.
  • A positive “can‑do” attitude and the resilience to see tasks through.
  • Understanding of risk management, information security, data protection and business continuity.
  • Ability to apply equality, diversity and inclusion principles in daily work.
