Reception & Conference Facilitator
Location: Central London

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly personable Receptionist & Conference Facilitator in Central London.
This is a unique role that combines front-of-house responsibilities with executive support, administration and project assistance. As the first point of contact for clients, and visitors, you will be the face of the company, creating a professional, welcoming and memorable experience for everyone who walks through the door.
This position would suit someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, enjoys being involved in all aspects of the business and naturally looks for ways to help and improve processes. Attitude, professionalism and personality are key, and the successful candidate will stand out through their initiative, warmth and willingness to get involved.
The Role
Working closely with the CEO and wider team, you will provide first-class front-of-house support while assisting with a variety of administrative and operational tasks across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm, professional and welcoming reception service
• Meeting and greeting clients and external visitors
• Managing reception and ensuring all front-of-house areas are presented to a high standard
• Preparing refreshments and lunches for meetings, conferences and events
• Providing diary management support to the CEO, coordinating internal and external meetings
• Preparing conference and meeting rooms and ensuring facilities are ready for use
• Assisting with marketing and business support projects as required
• Supporting the team with data cleansing and database administration
• Taking a proactive approach to identifying tasks and offering assistance across the business where needed
Essential:
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and friendly telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude
• Strong Microsoft Office and general IT skills
Desirable:
• Previous experience in a customer-facing, reception, front-of-house or administrative role
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or executives
• Experience within professional services or a corporate environment
• Experience coordinating meetings, events or hospitality services
