Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries in Portuguese regarding event schedules, availability and booking options
• Manage event registrations, ensuring accuracy and a smooth client experience
• Provide clear and timely email correspondence in Portuguese
• Maintain client records and ensure all information is up to date
• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate session availability and logistics
• Deliver a warm, professional service that reflects the academy’s high standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Fluent written and spoken Portuguese (essential)
• Confident communicator with a strong customer‑service mindset
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, client‑focused environment
• Previous experience in client services, administration or events support is helpful but not essential — potential and motivation are equally valued
