About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our client, based in Greenwich, London.

The ideal candidate will be looking for their second job - someone with a maximum of 18 months of experience in an administrative role, with strong communication and numeracy skills.

You will be a key point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Essential Qualifications
  • GCSEs (A*–C / 9–4) in Maths and English
  • No more than 18 months experience in an office or administrative position
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately inputting and updating data in company systems and spreadsheets
  • Finance Administration: Assisting with invoices, purchase orders, expenses, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Reception Duties: Meeting and greeting visitors, answering telephone and email enquiries, and directing queries appropriately
  • Document Management: Filing, scanning, and maintaining organised records
  • Scheduling Support: Coordinating meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and managing calendars
  • Office Coordination: Ordering office supplies, maintaining stock levels, and supporting general office operations
  • Support to Management: Providing administrative support to senior staff and contributing to team projects as required
