Our client is a fast-growing, financial services–focused recruitment business founded in London and now expanding internationally with the launch of a New York office.
The firm operates as part of a group of boutique recruitment agencies specialising in financial services, partnering closely with Investment Banks, Private Equity firms, and Hedge Funds.
As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to play a key role in driving both geographical expansion and headcount growth.
This position will support hiring across multiple brands within the group, recruiting for approximately seven teams across London and New York.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an internal recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role briefing, advertising, interviewing, assessment, and offer management
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team requirements and advise on talent availability and recruitment processes
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the firm’s values and employer brand
- Provide regular hiring updates, insights, and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
