Are you an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of hiring recruiters?
We're partnering with a highly successful, international recruitment and executive search business that is continuing its ambitious growth journey and is looking to appoint an Internal Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across the business.

This is a pivotal role where you'll work closely with senior leadership to attract, engage and secure top recruitment talent, helping to shape the future of a high-performing organisation.
Experience recruiting recruiters is absolutely essential.

The Opportunity
As Internal Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, hiring recruitment professionals across a variety of levels and disciplines.
You'll play a key role in identifying top talent, building pipelines of passive candidates and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business areas.
• Source and engage high-calibre recruitment professionals through headhunting, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and advise on recruitment strategy.
• Manage interview processes and candidate communications.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Produce market intelligence and hiring insights to support business growth.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

About You

• Previous experience in agency recruitment, internal talent acquisition or rec-to-rec recruitment.
• A demonstrable track record of recruiting recruiters.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Experience building and managing talent pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A proactive, consultative and commercially minded approach.
• The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
