We’re recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with 1–3 years of experience who is looking to take the next step in their HR career within a professional services environment.
This role is ideal for a strong “second jobber” who has developed solid administrative foundations and is now keen to grow, learn and progress within a supportive and fast-paced HR team.
The Role This is a busy, admin-heavy position where organisation and attention to detail are essential. You’ll gain broad exposure across the HR function while providing high quality support to the wider team.

- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Supporting onboarding and leaver processes
- Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation
- Assisting with recruitment and interview coordination
- Responding to HR queries from employees and managers
- General administrative support across the HR lifecycle
- Graduate calibre
- Experienced within a professional services or corporate environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable and happy to take ownership of tasks
- Equipped with a positive, can-do attitude
- Genuinely motivated to build a long-term career in HR
- Salary up to £33,000
