The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and customer-focused Front of House and Hospitality Coordinator to join a busy hospitality and events team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional visitor experiences, coordinating events and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a prestigious venue.
The Role

Reporting to the Front of House and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing a professional reception service, coordinating hospitality operations and supporting the delivery of internal and external events. This varied role combines front-of-house responsibilities with event planning, stakeholder liaison and operational support.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing reception services and acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and stakeholders
• Welcoming guests, managing visitor sign-in procedures and coordinating deliveries and collections
• Handling telephone, email and in-person enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Supporting the planning and delivery of internal and external events
• Organising and chairing event planning meetings and communicating event requirements to relevant teams
• Managing room bookings, site visits and event logistics
• Producing event signage, hospitality materials and post-event communications
• Monitoring event feedback and implementing service improvements
• Conducting new starter inductions and supporting front-of-house procedures
• Acting as a Health & Safety representative, including fire warden and first aider responsibilities (training provided where required)
• Working closely with facilities, catering and AV teams to ensure successful event delivery
About You
Essential:
• Previous experience within hospitality, events, front-of-house or customer service environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus and a proactive, solutions-led approach
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Professional, diplomatic and confident manner
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends
