Proven experience providing secretarial support within a Legal environment is ESSENTIAL

A fantastic opportunity for a proactive, professional and detail orientated EA to support the COO of high end Legal Chambers in Central London. This position enables you to get involved with both secretarial and client support duties, acting as a true EA.

This role offers excellent benefits including a 6% pension and annual bonus of up to 10%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management – meetings, lunches, managing schedules and producing agendas
  • Travel management – both national and international – including flights, hotels, itineraries and agenda’s
  • Process and approve expense request forms
  • Monitor client requests and support the COO and team to respond to these
  • Draft timetables and weekly diary sheets for the COO collating papers as required
  • HR admin including recording sickness and absence, managing annual leave and providing quarterly reports  
  • Arrange staff networking events
  • Support the COO in producing and collating reports as required
  • Work with the COO to develop and maintain a risk management framework
  • Monitor regulatory bodies to ensure Chambers is compliant
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as requested by the COO


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting at Director/C-Suite level within a Legal environment
  • Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting solutions
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload
  • Team player, willing to step in and help across the wider team as needed
