My client, a well-established Membership body in London, are looking for an experienced Database Reporting Analyst with proficiencies in MS Access and MS Excel. You will have an understanding of databases design and be able to create efficient reports using Report Builder (SSRS).

Knowledge of SQL is desirable but not essential for this role.

 
The Role

  • Administer the population of data to the online data sales platform
  • Generate internal reports for production and export datasets
  • Engage with third parties and other customers to define any changes to existing/new extracts
  • Providing reporting support to Membership customers to meet service levels
  • Create metric reports for Data team members as requested
  • Respond to queries relating to report content for the online data sales platform
  • Log all enquiries on the database
  • Provide reports for new Data products and services within the Membership

 
Skills/Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience within a similar Data Reporting role
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software including MS-Word, MS-Excel, and ideally MS-Access or familiarity with other database packages and have a good knowledge of report creation using Report Builder (SSRS).
  • The ability to create/build efficient reports using different reporting solutions, which provide accurate outputs.
  • Able to develop a good understanding of all data products and an in-depth knowledge of reporting for the company and an understanding of databases design.
  • Display initiative and problem-solving skills and ability to articulate ideas to enable continuous improvements
  • Knowledge of SQL would be preferable but is not essential for the role.
  • Proven ability to develop good working relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication skills especially telephone and email.
