Personal Assistant (PA)
Holborn, London

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will be confident handling complex diary management, coordinating domestic and international travel, and acting as a key point of contact while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Diary & Time Management
  • Proactively manage a complex and constantly changing diary
  • Schedule meetings across multiple time zones
  • Anticipate conflicts and prioritise appointments effectively
  • Prepare agendas and ensure the executive is fully briefed ahead of meetings
Travel & Logistics
  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Book flights, accommodation, ground transport, and visas where required
  • Ensure seamless travel experiences, including contingency planning
  • Manage expenses and travel-related documentation
Administrative Support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Meeting & Event Coordination
  • Organise meetings, conferences, and events
  • Take minutes and follow up on actions where required
  • Coordinate with external partners, clients, or suppliers
Confidentiality & Relationship Management
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Represent the executive professionally at all times
Skills & Experience:
  • 2 years experience supporting at Director level as a PA
  • Exceptional diary management and organisational skills
  • Experience arranging complex travel itineraries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
