Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative support to partners and wider legal teams
• Manage complex diaries, coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders
• Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth scheduling and preparation
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
• Prepare documents, correspondence and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
• Act as a first point of contact, delivering a professional and client-focused service
• Support wider team coordination to ensure efficient day-to-day operations

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a legal Team Assistant or similar role (ideal for a second jobber)
• Strong diary management and organisational skills
• Experience coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and standard legal systems
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
• A collaborative approach with a positive and professional attitude
