Rec2Rec / Internal Talent Acquisition Partner

£40,000 - £45,000 + Uncapped Commission

We are working exclusively with a fast-growing, global recruitment business that is looking to bring an experienced Rec2Rec professional in-house to help build and develop its Talent Acquisition function.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the recruitment industry and wants to move beyond traditional agency recruitment, taking genuine ownership of internal hiring and helping shape how talent is attracted, engaged and hired across the business.
You’ll have exposure to recruitment across a broad range of positions, from entry-level and experienced hires through to leadership, sales and non-sales appointments.

This is a newly evolving function, so there is plenty of scope to bring your own ideas, improve processes and make a tangible impact as the business continues to grow.

The Role As an Internal Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for:

• Market mapping and developing high-quality talent pipelines
• Identifying and engaging passive candidates through targeted outreach
• Conducting qualification calls and candidate assessments
• Partnering closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Managing candidates from initial contact through to offer and onboarding
• Building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Supporting recruitment across a range of functions and seniority levels
• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
• Helping shape the future direction of the internal Talent Acquisition function

About You
We’re looking for an experienced recruitment professional with:

• 3–4 years’ Rec2Rec / internal agency recruitment experience – ESSENTIAL
• Strong headhunting and candidate engagement skills
• A proven ability to identify and attract high-quality talent
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, commercially minded approach
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisation and ownership
• The ambition to develop and grow alongside a scaling business
