£30,000–£35,000 + Commission
Farringdon - on site 5 days per week 

We are working with a fast-growing recruitment business specialising in the European technology market. As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to help grow out internal teams and attract top recruitment professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full internal recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and deliver hiring strategies for graduate, delivery, and senior recruitment roles
• Partner with Directors to define hiring goals and workforce planning initiatives
• Proactively identify, engage, and attract high-calibre candidates
• Build a strong employer brand through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
• Promote and represent our collaborative, high-performance culture
• Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement

About You

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Confident in sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about employer branding and social engagement
• Results-driven, ambitious, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
