Morgan Spencer Recruitment London is proud to be partnering with an ambitious iGaming business seeking a VIP Account Manager to manage high‑value players, drive engagement and revenue, and act as a role model and mentor within the VIP team. This role offers autonomy, visibility and long‑term career progression within a regulated and professional iGaming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with VIP and high‑value players, acting as their dedicated point of contact
• Deliver an exceptional, personalised VIP experience across email, phone and live chat
• Develop tailored retention and engagement strategies, including bespoke promotions and incentives
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase player value, activity and loyalty
• Act as a senior presence within the VIP team, setting standards and sharing best practice
• Mentor and support junior VIP Account Managers, contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing team culture
• Monitor, analyse and report on KPIs including retention, satisfaction, and revenue contribution
• Analyse player behaviour and trends to inform strategic decisions
• Work closely with compliance, risk and responsible gaming teams to ensure all activity meets regulatory requirements
• Gather VIP player feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the VIP programme

Skills & Experience Required

• Fluent Turkish (spoken and written) – essential
• Proven experience in VIP account management within the iGaming or online casino sector
• Strong track record of managing high‑value players and driving retention and revenue growth
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• High level of discretion, professionalism and customer focus
• Strong analytical capability with confidence using data to inform decisions
• Experience using CRM systems and VIP management tools
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Leadership capability, with experience mentoring others or readiness to progress into a team lead role
• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous
