Are you passionate about events and eager to kickstart your career in a professional, supportive environment? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Events Assistant Apprentice to help deliver a wide range of events from intimate lunches to formal receptions.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning while working towards an industry-recognised qualification. You’ll be involved in every stage of event delivery, including:
  • Supporting logistics and liaising with suppliers
  • Preparing materials and updating guest lists
  • Welcoming guests and ensuring smooth on-the-day coordination
  • Using project plans, timelines, and CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Gathering and analysing feedback to improve future events
You’ll also develop key skills in communication, organisation, budgeting, and problem-solving, with guidance from our experienced team.

About You
We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in events and membership services, who’s ready to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Essential Requirements:
  • Five GCSEs at grade 4 or higher, including Maths and English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learn new systems

  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to deliver information at all levels within the business
  • Able to provide excellent customer service
  • A proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude
  • Confident in following instructions and delivering high-quality work
