Our Client, a fast-growing subscription-based information services based in the City of London are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join their team in an exciting newly created role. You will be confident and highly communicative and have an excellent understanding of Salesforce Lightning and 4+ years’ experience in a similar role.

 

The Role

  • Fully owning the Salesforce CRM Operations across the business and working with the CRO and CMO to define the CRM strategy
  • Work with marketing, sales, account management, customer success and finance teams to reflect business requirements
  • Generate detailed process maps for sales, marketing and other business workflows
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to develop processes
  • Analyse sales performance to identify trends, working with sales directors, finance and marketing leadership to highlight areas of improvement and opportunity
  • Provide on-going Salesforce training to new and existing users and evaluate training effectiveness as well as create and update training manuals, policies and procedures
  • Create and update training manuals, policies and procedures from lead conversion to opportunity creation

 

The Person

  • An excellent understanding of Salesforce Lightning (Salesforce certification is beneficial)
  • Proven experience in delivering the CRM strategy in a B2B subscription organisation
  • Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing processes and the relevant supporting needs
  • A comprehensive understanding of marketing automation and how it interacts with the sales process and Salesforce
  • The ability to inspire commercial teams and evangelise the potential of Salesforce
  • Good mix of technical and commercial acumen, ability to provide technical support and communicate complex concepts to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work with dispersed teams
