After my experience with Morgan Spencer I would recommend them to anyone. Unlike a lot of recruitment agencies, the team at Morgan Spencer really got to know me and my requirements/what I was looking for in a role at the initial consultation. They have a wonderfully personal feel about them yet they are also extremely professional. In the short couple of weeks I've been with them I have had two interviews and been called back for second interviews for both. Not only do they provide you with an informative and helpful interview pack, they were more than happy to go through in person the types of questions I was likely to be asked so I was prepared and confident at the interviews. I had the pleasure of meeting Gemma from Morgan Spencer one week ago.
