In the initial stage of my registration I met with Liza Griffin who is a Senior Recruitment Consultant with the Company, to discuss my desired role; and I was put forward for an interview before having left the office that day. Liza was very informative, and always showed a genuine interest in ensuring I was fully prepared and had received all vital information before an interview, and that I secured the right employment for me. Within a few short weeks, I was offered a role within a prestigious Company in which I am happily thriving, and a great deal of thanks is owed to Liza and the Morgan Spencer team for their support. For a while on and off I'd been trying to find work in London, and hadn't had any success. I'd been to a couple of interviews, and been to a few Recruitment Agencies but unfortunately hadn't got anywhere. I found a job locally, and stuck at it for a while - but it just wasn't going where I wanted it to, so I started looking in London again. Morgan Spencer found my CV online and requested that I go in to meet them. I met with a lady called Jemma, and she got to know me quite well, and really took in what it was that I was looking for. One of her colleagues Jasmine had the perfect job to put me forward for. I went in on a Wednesday, they put me forward for the interview the following Friday. The interview went really well and I went back for a second interview on the following Monday. By Tuesday I got offered the job. In between all of this, I cannot express how supportive Jemma and Jasmine were. Always kept in contact with regards to how the interview went, and also when I was unsure of what to expect from the second interview, Madie was available to help with what to wear, do's and don'ts and also to calm my nerves! As well as all of the support, they made my career path change so rapidly. I would and have been highly recommending Morgan Spencer - it was nothing like any other Recruitment agency I'd seen before and it was lovely to have a support system like them behind me rather than doing it alone.

I have been with MS for over a year and a half now and I was originally contacted by Shannon when I was getting ready to move out of Abu Dhabi UAE to London. Morgan Spencer have been the best job agency by far in helping me to secure temporary roles over the last year.
