THE COMPANY:
AlixPartners is a leading global business advisory firm of results-oriented professionals who specialise in bringing value and restoring performance at every stage of the business life cycle. They are looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator on a full time basis. You will be required to work the following shifts
7:30 - 16:30.
8:30 - 17:30
9:30 - 18:30

THE ROLE:

The Business Support Administrator`s duties will include:

- Working independently as well as part of a wider team
- Delivering high standards of work always
- Adhering to tight deadlines.
- Processing expenses,
- Time entry
- Researching travel & accommodation options
- Liaising with MD Assistants and other Administrative Professionals
- Managing and announcing incoming calls
- Providing reception cover where required
- Collecting and distributing daily incoming and outgoing post
- Liaising with other support teams e.g. IT, Finance, Facilities/Office Management and HR.

THE PERSON:

- Must have strong organizational & communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent time management
- Prioritise conflicting demands,
- Someone who is approachable and enthusiastic with ah a calm and professional demeanour
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written,
- Good mathematical problem solving abilities
- Well-presented
- A `can-do` attitude is essential
- Ability to learn new systems quickly (all training provided)
- Self-motivated
- Able to work on own initiative whilst having the confidence to ask questions when unsure
- Strong team player
