THE COMPANY:
A well established and industry leading Chambers with offices based in Central London are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE:
The Receptionist duties will include:

- Meeting and greeting high profile clients
- Answering and transferring calls -relaying any messages
- Support the team of Clerkswhere appropriate
- Ordering lunches and supplies
- Organising and preparing meeting rooms
- Dealing with any queries or requests where appropriate
- Maintaining the general reception area and waiting area

THE PERSON:

- Must have previous experience working as a Receptionist.
- Ability to use initiative and stay calm in difficult situations.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively establish professional relationships with clients.
- Demonstrate strong time management and effectively prioritise their time
- Must have a professional and approachable attitude
