Working in the Head Office for a dynamic, fun and growing utility organisation.
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
As Customer Service Advisor you will be working within the Customer Service Team. This is a Permanent role they are looking for multiple people to start immediately. In this Customer Service role you will be responsible for managing any issues via telephone / email / written correspondence.
Deal with queries and helping resolve issues
Take messages for other staff members
Reviewing customer accounts
Dealing with issues when customers call in
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
To apply for this role you MUST have previous experience in a Customer Service role within an office environment. Alternatively some level of admin experience in retail or hospitality.
