£18,000 - £20,000 + commission

Our client is a successful, global real estate services provider. They are currently looking for a professional and hardworking Customer Service Receptionist to join the team on a permanent basis in their Richmond office. 


The Customer Service Receptionist`s duties will include: 

- Being the first point of contact for incoming queries via the telephone
- Respond to enquiries on the Live chat system on the company website, dealing with each enquiry as appropriate
- Registering applicants calling in and taking appropriate details and information
- Pass on detailed and accurate messages to the relevant people as required
- Maintain good relations with all employees and clients


- Must have previous Customer Service Reception experience working in a professional environment
- Reliable, confident and well spoken
- Must have an excellent and professional telephone manner
- Exceptional customer service skills, understanding the importance of first impressions
- Enthusiastic and willing to provide assistance where required
