THE COMPANY:
Our client, a leading global advisory firm that operate on a global scale, are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic Executive Recruitment Administrator. THE ROLE:

The Executive Recruitment Administrator`s roles will include:

- Recruitment administration delivery for Managing Director hiring and will manage and administer the end to end MD recruitment process.
- Be the link between the candidate and the business - stay in direct contact with the candidate providing updates and status regardless of the original source of the candidate.
- Be the day to day point of contact for the head hunters ensuring that they are delivering against any actions assigned to them.
- Maintaining and managing all head hunter invoices related to hiring mandates.
- Provide timely updates via meetings, direct calls, conference/phone calls, emails and reporting to the Head of MD recruitment.

 
THE PERSON:

- Must have previous experience working as an Executive Recruitment Administrator.
- This person needs to be a competent, passionate and dedicated individual who can deliver the full life cycle of the Executive Managing Director recruitment process.
- Having exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage expectations is key within this role.
- The Executive Recruitment administrator will be accountable for keeping the MD hiring process on track and as the day to day liaison for the candidates and business alike therefore the individual needs to be organised and proactive.
