External Client Relationship Executive
This is a twelve month fixed term contract, you must be immediately available or have maximum of one weeks notice period.

The Company
My client is the Head Office in the UK of a Merchant Financial Services Product and Foreign Exchange Services.I am looking for an External Account Manager with proven experience within external face to face account managing.A knowledge of High End Retail Clients would be definitely advantageous.

Purpose
To join a highly motivated team of Relationship Managers in building strong relationships with the top performing merchants and to ensure the company are delivering best in class customer management to their merchants throughout the UK.

The Role
Build solid relationships with merchant portfolio to maximize the products performance
Work autonomously and as part of the team towards meeting set targets and annual budgets
Monitor `hit rate` performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to merchant contacts.
Provide training and support to merchant portfolio to ensure best practice and efficient operation of the service
Report on a regular basis to the Head of Relationship Management UK on business activity including `hit rates` and income
Work closely with business partners in compiling marketing material for product
Have good overall knowledge of technical solutions deployed, work with partners to devise new & improved service delivery

The Person
A demonstrated proven track record in Relationship Management, including performance management of Accounts
Demonstrable superior customer service.
Organisational and prioritization skills in a sales and relationship management environment
Must be able to work under pressure and successfully manage a very diverse and demanding workload
Able to work autonomously
Must be able to persuade and influence internal and external clients
Comfortable and capable of communicating with all levels of people within and outside the business, both written and verbal, and with a high level of professionalism
Demonstrated experience in developing new ideas to improve processes
Experience working with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
Full clean driving license
Flexible attitude to working hours and willingness to travel, the successful applicant will be required to work some weekends and bank holidays.
