Customer Service Representative
My client is a modern energy company, who work alognside the government to administer various campaigns to save enegry and make our energy costs a lot mroe economic. They are looking for a customer services representative to handle all queries that come through regarding any of the campaigns.
The role will be based in their London office and will include various duties such as:
- Using a customer support ticketing system to deal with customer queries and complaints
- Monitoring and responding to customers using our social media channels including Facebook and Twitter
- Investigating complicated issues and delivering suitable solutions
- Answering and making calls to our stores and third parties
- Dealing and investigating claims from customers
We are looking for people with at least 6 months experience in a Customer Service role. Other qualities include:
- An experienced Customer Service star with a flair for going the extra mile
- Amazing written and verbal communication skills
- Efficient and accurate with excellent IT skills especially Excel
- A great team player who is self-motivated
- Experience of using customer support ticketing systems
