Facilities assistant

£12 to £14 per hour




Our client based in London is looking for a Facilities assistant to help out with their busy team on a temporary basis.


  • Daily check of all meeting rooms, to include set up, including all furniture in place, floor boxes in correct positions, all necessary equipment in good working order, lights working, IT set up and screens working
  • Check all kitchen areas, taps, microwaves, dishwashers, fridges all in good working order
  • Ensuring all furniture is in good working order, if needed repair to satisfactory condition
  • Check all up/down desks are working and report if not
  • Make sure all blinds are in good working order
  • Check stationary and report on what is required to order
  • Accept deliveries and distribute to the business areas
  • Set up and set down of meeting rooms and event space for upcoming events taking place. Moving of furniture chairs, tables etc ensuring the area is set up in accordance with the event schedule sheet
  • Light handyman duties including some electrical bulb changing
  • Any other adhoc duties required to be undertaken



  • Experience working handyman duties including changing lightbolbs, painting, desk repairs.
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Someone who can work in a fast environment
  • Someone who can learn fast
