The Client
Our client is an international financial services company based in the City of London. They are looking for a well organised HR Administrator to support the in house pension team. 

The Role

  • Support the in house pension team
  • Completing background checks when required and conducting Right to Work checks
  • Updating employee contracts within the HRIS system
  • Support the leaver process including leavers letters 
  • Support the monthly payroll process
  • Provide support to employee enquiries 

The Candidate 

  • Experience using Workday is desirable but not essential 

To apply for this role, you must have previous experience working in a HR support role, ideally from either professional or financial services. You must have excellent organisational and time management skills. This will be a busy role you must be able to work well under pressure able to work off your own initiative.
