PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Our client is opening a new flagship store in the West End of London to launch the next phase of their product. Based in a luxury environment the role will be a mix of retail selling and offering first class customer service to clients that attend the store. The product is beauty based and the role is ideal for someone with experience in skincare, nutrition or beauty alongside retail experience.
We have several full time (40 hours) and part time (40 hours) Retail Assistants roles, the shifts will be spread across seven days per week, 8am – 8pm.
As Retail Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish.
- Point of sale
- Exceptional customer service
- Maintaining retail KPIs
- Maintenance of store equipment
- Flexibility to work at other stores in Central London when needed
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
It is essential that you have proven retail experience gained within either high end retail, skincare, genetics or nutrition.
