Our client, an international insurance firm, are looking to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator to join them in their Leeds office. You will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of day-to-day HR administration.

The Role

  • First point of contact for day-to day HR queries
  • Responsible for the onboarding activities for all new joiners
  • Manage the HR system, ensuring it is up to date at all times
  • Liaise with Payroll in regards to new joiner, leavers and any changes in benefits
  • Assist with Learning and Development preparation and key training sessions
  • Provide general administrative support for the HR team
  • Work with wider HR team on ad-hoc projects

The Person

  • Previous experience in an HR generalist role and an understanding of the basic processes and policies
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment and the ability to deal with high volumes
  • Experience of an HR system (e.g. Workday)
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, prioritisation and time management skills
  • Preferably have experience in the financial services industry
