OVERVIEW OF TESTING
All candidates, regardless of the work they are seeking, undergo some form of testing or assessment prior to joining Morgan Spencer's database or workforce and going on to work for one of our clients.
In the main this testing takes three forms:
a) Testing on systems.
b) Testing of skills.
c) Testing of knowledge.
In addition we need to consider:
d) Other available forms of assessment.
The testing of knowledge encompasses the academic-style testing which assesses literacy and numeracy. Skills and system testing tests the candidate's ability to carry out a specific task or use a particular system.
