THE ROLE:
The Digital Marketing & Communications Executive will take charge of social media, email, and paid campaigns. This hands-on position involves creating, executing, and optimising campaigns to drive audience growth, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities include managing social media content, building and delivering email campaigns, supporting paid ad setups, drafting compelling copy, and providing regular performance updates with actionable insights.
1 day per week, (Thursdays) in the office in Redhill. Taxi between the station and office will be reimbursed.
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or communications. Proficiency in graphic design, particularly with Canva, and hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like HubSpot are essential. The candidate should have a proven track record of growing social media followings, driving engagement, and managing paid social/PPC campaigns. Strong copywriting skills, confidence with analytics and reporting tools, and a proactive, creative, and data-driven mindset are crucial. Bonus skills include experience with influencer marketing, video content creation, or SEO.
