You will be providing support to the Executive Assistant with team assistant duties along with ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Order stationery, assist with diary management, support events, and help with the upcoming office move.
- Team Support: Work closely with the Office Manager/EA, providing hands-on support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Reception & Front of House: Meet and greet clients and visitors, provide refreshments, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Meeting Room Management: Organise and prepare three busy meeting rooms, including binding, printing, and arranging lunches.
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Receptionist in a professional services environment.
- Proactive, reliable, and confident, with a hands-on approach and willingness to take on new tasks.
- Articulate and polished, comfortable in a client-facing role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
