Our client is a prestigious law firm is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Legal Secretary to join their Private Funds department on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic team of fee-earners in a collaborative and professional environment.
About the Role:
You’ll provide dedicated secretarial and administrative support to a group of 14 professionals, including partners, counsel, associates, paralegals, and trainees. This position requires someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and email management for partners and fee-earners.
- Organising meetings and travel arrangements.
- Copy-typing and digital dictation.
- Drafting emails and correspondence for approval.
- Processing expenses.
- Assisting with billing and finance tasks.
- Updating client contact details.
- Handling client enquiries and routine calls.
- Amending and formatting legal documents and agreements.
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or PA in a City law firm.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent document production skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- Friendly, professional, and resilient under pressure.
- Strong client service orientation and team spirit.
