Do you have a passion for fairness, a sharp legal mind, and the ability to make impartial decisions that truly make a difference?
We are looking for a dedicated Adjudicator (Case Handler) to join our Dispute Resolution Team in London. In this pivotal role, you’ll help resolve complex disputes, applying legal principles with empathy and clarity, ensuring consumers receive fair outcomes and accredited businesses are treated with integrity.
This is more than just casework it’s about upholding standards, protecting consumers, and driving trust across the industry.

The Role
  • Manage and resolve mid to high complexity disputes between consumers and accredited businesses
  • Assess and weigh up evidence, applying relevant legislation, codes of practice, and case law
  • Deliver impartial, well-reasoned decisions that are clear, fair, and empathetic
  • Communicate effectively with all parties, often in sensitive and challenging circumstances
  • Balance a varied caseload while meeting deadlines and performance targets
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the overall dispute resolution service
About You
  • Background in alternative dispute resolution, case handling, or legal decision making
  • Solid understanding of consumer and contract law
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — able to explain complex issues simply and persuasively
  • A strong customer service ethos, with resilience in handling sensitive or challenging situations
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes to strict timelines
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk) and a law degree (advantageous but not essential)
