Team PA / Office Co-ordinator Job Details
Team PA/Office Assistant £28,000 - £35,000
Our client, a top property company based within the West End, are looking for an extremely high calibre PA to join their current team.
This role will report into the Senior PA and will require flexibility as you may be requested to work from two separate offices. Experience dealing with board papers would be ideal.
Experience of supporting at senior level within a central London location is ESSENTIAL in order to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparation of letters, emails and memos as required,
Producing fortnight management packs
Arranging internal and external meetings
Diary and travel management
Managing team sickness and holiday rotas
Administration of company`s mobile phone account
Administration of company`s tenant deposit scheme
Screening telephone calls; passing on calls to other members of the department as appropriate
Updating company intranet
Preparing presentations using PowerPoint
Any other administrative and secretarial support as requested to both the department and the business
The Ideal Candidate will:
Display excellent attention to detail
Have outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills
Display the ability to work under pressure
Be a team player with excellent interpersonal abilities
Have a flexible approach to working hours and can adapt to ever changing situations
