Part Time Temporary Receptionist Job Details

COMPANY BACKGROUND:
A well established and respected large Insurance company based in lovely offices in the heart of the City.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Working alongside two others on Reception on a part-time basis (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Meeting and greeting clients
Answering the switchboard
Setting up meeting rooms
Looking after the reception area
Issuing visitors` passes
Signing guests into the building

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
To apply for this role, you MUST be happy to work on a part-time basis, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.30am - 5.30pm. These hours/days are non-negotiable. You will have a wealth of Reception experience, gained in a corporate environment. The role is an ongoing temporary position and you must be happy to commit to the temporary role on an ongoing basis.
