Part Time Temporary Receptionist Job Details
COMPANY BACKGROUND:
A well established and respected large Insurance company based in lovely offices in the heart of the City. PURPOSE OF ROLE: Working alongside two others on Reception on a part-time basis (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Meeting and greeting clients Answering the switchboard Setting up meeting rooms Looking after the reception area Issuing visitors` passes Signing guests into the building SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE To apply for this role, you MUST be happy to work on a part-time basis, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.30am - 5.30pm. These hours/days are non-negotiable. You will have a wealth of Reception experience, gained in a corporate environment. The role is an ongoing temporary position and you must be happy to commit to the temporary role on an ongoing basis. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Excellent communication skills, flexible, hardworking, well presented and personable. |
