Recruitment Advisor - 12 Month Contract Job Details

My client is one of the world`s fastest growing management consultancies and they are seeking an experienced recruiter for a 9-12 month contract.

The key responsibilities will be:

- Interviewing candidates both face to face and over the phone
- Managing relationships with managers and candidates
- Utilising your extensive knowledge of employment law related to the recruitment and selection process
- Sourcing early career professionals by attending graduate fairs, assessment centres and liaising with new course providers
- Sourcing mid-range hires by working with the current PSL, utilising social media and networking
- Management of the contract staff through a Master Vendor Agreement daily
- Recruiting for an oversees team

Person Specification:

- Extensive employment law knowledge related to recruitment and selection
- Experience in a similar position
- Strong face to face interviewing experience and skills
- Experience of using social media to recruit
- Proven advanced communication skills
- Experience managing contract staff via master Vendor Agreement
- Overseas recruitment experience would be an advantage
- Results driven, team player, analytical and resilient
- A recruitment related qualification (or equivalent) would be an advantage
